Fixed centres operate all year round:
City Hospital Campus (Dundee House Diabetes Centre)
Park House Health and Social Care Centre (Carlton)
Queens Medical Centre Campus (Clinic 2)
Victoria Centre (Upper Level at Boots)

Mobile centres are in an area for a month or two at a time:

Stapleford Care Centre
Torkard Hill Medical Practice in Hucknall
Hama Medical Centre in Kimberley
East Bridgford Medical Centre
Ruddington Medical Centre

If you have Diabetes, are registered with a General Practitioner in Nottingham and have not had your eyes examined for Diabetic Retinopathy in the last 12 months, please let us know.
